Good elementary and a good middle.

Each button opens a live HAR.com list already set to $300,000–$400,000 and at least 4 bedrooms. A house is on this page only when both the zoned elementary and the zoned middle school are TEA A or B. On HAR that is Excellent or Good. A C is left off.

HAR will not let this site copy the listings, so the houses are on the next screen. A fenced yard and the flood map are not in these links. Ratings change every year. Match the address to the school before you like it.

Bridgeland under $400k did not make it.

The 4-bedrooms HAR files as Bridgeland in this budget are zoned to Waller Junior High, which is a C. McReavy Elementary there is a B, but the middle school has to be good too.

The Cy-Fair Bridgeland elementaries are all A and feed Sprague Middle, also an A: Wells, McGown, and Pope. Those three lists were empty at this price. They stay linked so a new one shows up without a website update.

The old “all of Cypress” search is gone. It mixed in middle schools rated C.
